I offer online therapy for women navigating  postpartum relationships, matrescence and perinatal mental health, working with clients across the world (excluding the US and Canada).

We'll speak by phone or video so you can get a feel for how I work, ask any questions, and decide whether we're the right fit — with no obligation either way.

Your First Session

If we decide to move forward, we'll agree a regular time and begin. Sessions are held online via secure video call, working at a pace that suits you.

Who I Work With

My clients are often women in the early years of motherhood who describe feeling like a different person to the one they were before — and aren't sure whether to grieve that or accept it. Many come having not spoken about this out loud before. Some are experiencing a growing distance in their relationship that they can't quite name. Others are in the perinatal period — pregnant or in the early months — and noticing that their mental health needs more than they expected.
