Your First Session
If we decide to move forward, we'll agree a regular time and begin. Sessions are held online via secure video call, working at a pace that suits you.
Who I Work With
My clients are often women in the early years of motherhood who describe feeling like a different person to the one they were before — and aren't sure whether to grieve that or accept it. Many come having not spoken about this out loud before. Some are experiencing a growing distance in their relationship that they can't quite name. Others are in the perinatal period — pregnant or in the early months — and noticing that their mental health needs more than they expected.
