Psychology that connects with people — on stage, in the workplace and beyond.

Whether you're planning a workplace wellbeing event, recording a podcast, hosting a professional training session or looking for an expert voice for your brand, I offer engaging, evidence-based talks that make psychology practical, relatable and memorable.

Drawing on my experience as a Clinical Psychologist specialising in motherhood, relationships and emotional wellbeing, I translate complex psychological ideas into conversations that audiences genuinely connect with.

Why organisations choose to work with me

The conversations we have about motherhood, mental health and relationships are changing—but they're often still oversimplified or surrounded by stigma. My aim is to bring evidence-based psychology into those conversations in a way that feels relatable, engaging and genuinely useful.

Whether I'm speaking to healthcare professionals, workplace teams, parent communities or podcast audiences, I combine clinical expertise with practical insight to help people better understand the emotional realities of becoming a parent.

CLINICAL EXPERTISE

As a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience across NHS perinatal services and private practice, every talk is grounded in current psychological evidence and real clinical experience.

A TRUSTED PUBLIC VOICE

Through educational content, podcasts and collaborations, I enjoy translating psychological research into accessible conversations that resonate with parents, professionals and organisations alike.

A SPECIALIST PERSPECTIVE

My work focuses on matrescence, maternal mental health and the psychological changes that occur after having a baby—an area of expertise that remains underrepresented despite affecting millions of families.

Talks and Workshop Topics

Every audience is different, so each talk can be adapted to suit your event, organisation or community.

Whether you're looking for a keynote presentation, an interactive workshop, a panel discussion or a podcast conversation, sessions can be tailored in both length and content.

Understanding Matrescence

The psychological transition into motherhood—what it is, why it's rarely talked about, and how recognising it changes the way we support mothers.

The Postpartum Relationship Shift

Why couples often feel like strangers after having a baby, and the psychology behind resentment, emotional disconnection and rebuilding intimacy.

Supporting Perinatal Mental Health

Understanding common perinatal mental health difficulties, recognising signs of struggle and exploring how we can respond with compassion and confidence.

The emotional transition back into work after parental leave, including identity changes, guilt, confidence and how organisations can better support returning parents.

Who I work with

My approach

The most meaningful conversations don't simply share information—they help people see themselves differently.

I believe psychology should feel human, not academic. Rather than overwhelming audiences with theory, I focus on helping people understand why we think, feel and respond the way we do before exploring practical ideas that can make everyday life feel a little easier.

My talks draw on evidence-based psychological approaches, including attachment theory, compassion-focused therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and systemic thinking, while always adapting the content to suit the audience in front of me.
